EARTHWORK & SITE DEVELOPMENT

From stripping and demolition through mass excavation, cut-to-fill operations, over-excavation, import/export, building-pad preparation, and final subgrade, River West performs the earthwork required to prepare commercial sites for construction.

UNDERGROUND
UTILITIES

River West installs commercial storm sewer, sanitary sewer, domestic water, fire lines, services, structures, and associated underground utilities, coordinating utility installation with grading, foundations, existing utilities, requirements, inspections, and the overall project schedule.

BUILDING & FOUNDATION PREPARATION

We perform foundation and footing excavation, structural backfill, slab-on-grade preparation, interior grading, and associated building excavation; working closely with the general contractor, and other trades to maintain elevations and keep building construction moving.

DEMOLITION & SITE PREPARATION

Existing conditions rarely match a clean set of plans. We perform asphalt and concrete demolition, sawcutting, removals, site clearing, excavation, and preparation necessary to transition existing conditions into a construction-ready site.

PRECONSTRUCTION & ESTIMATING

Our team reviews civil plans, grading plans, utility profiles, reports, haul requirements, phasing, and constructability to develop a clear understanding of the project. When we identify conflicts or missing information, we address them before they become expensive field problems.
