If you’ve driven down West 120th Avenue in Broomfield, you probably remember the old Pizza Hut that sat at 6445. It had a long run, but the space was ready for a second act. River West Construction took on the complete site transformation, turning an outdated 1980s restaurant layout into a modern, standalone Starbucks complete with a custom drive-thru lane.
Working off the redevelopment plans from GBT Realty, our crew handled the project from gutting the original structure to handing over the keys—breathing fresh life into a busy Broomfield corridor.
