As Green Valley Ranch undergoes massive residential and commercial expansion, River West is leading the ground-up construction of Dion’s first full-service location within Denver city limits.
Positioned along the busy Green Valley Ranch corridor, this ~4,750-square-foot facility is engineered for high-volume service. Our team is managing the full scope of development—from raw site prep and utility tie-ins to heavy concrete slab pours, structural steel framing, and custom interior finishes. The build features an open-concept kitchen, specialized commercial oven exhaust systems, custom dining booths, and high-efficiency drive-thru lanes designed to handle heavy neighborhood traffic. Beyond constructing a modern dining space, this build is set to generate roughly 75 local operational jobs, making it a key economic addition to the community.
